Halloween Crumpets

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Warm Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 Cup Warm Water
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • Grated Cheese
  • Sriracha sauce

Directions:

  • Sir sugar and yeast to milk.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together flour and salt.
  • Add the milk mixture to the flour and knead until thick dough forms.
  • Cover and rest for 2 hrs.
  • Stir baking soda in water and add to the dough.
  • Mix the batter until the water is combined with the dough.
  • Cover and rest for 30 mins.
  • Heat up a pan with some oil and grease Halloween cookie cutters with oil.
  • place cookie cutter in pan and pour the batter in it until half full.
  • Remove the cookie cutter and flip once it looks cooked.
  • Toast them with cheese.
  • Decorate using Sriracha sauce
