Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 4 Cups Cranberry, Rinsed
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Allspice
  • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Orange Extract

Directions: 

  • In a medium pot boil water and sugar.
  • Add cranberry bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes
  • Check to make sure most of the cranberries have burst.
  • Add Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, and Orange Extract.
  • Mix then remove off the stove and let it cool.
  • The sauce will thicken as it cools.
