Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Cups Cranberry, Rinsed
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Allspice
- 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp Orange Extract
Directions:
- In a medium pot boil water and sugar.
- Add cranberry bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes
- Check to make sure most of the cranberries have burst.
- Add Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, and Orange Extract.
- Mix then remove off the stove and let it cool.
- The sauce will thicken as it cools.
