 Ingredients:
- 1 Baking Potato
 - 1 Cup Water
 - 2 Tsp Salt
 - 1 Tsp Pepper
 - 1 Tbsp Onion, diced
 - 1 Tbsp Tomato, diced
 - 1 Tbsp Jalapeno, diced
 - 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
 - 2 Tbsp Shredded Cheese
 - 1/2 Tsp Oil
 
Directions:
- Wash the potato and poke some holes in it using a fork.
 - In a large bowl pour water and mix in 1 Tsp of Water.
 - Preheat oven to 450 F.
 - Soak the potato in salt water until the oven gets ready.
 - Take the potato out of the water and pat dry.
 - Wrap the potato in aluminum foil.
 - Bake the potato for 40 minutes or until the internal temp is 200F.
 - Take the potato out of the foil and massage it with oil.
 - Bake unwrapped for 10 more minutes.
 - Make a slit across the potato and open it.
 - Scoop some of the potatoes out and mix with a little bit of salt, pepper, tomatoes, cheese, jalapeno, and onion.
 - Put the mixed potato back in then top with leftover cheese.
 - Top it with sour cream, tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, salt, and pepper.
