Beets and Cabbage Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 Slices, Rye bread
  • 1 Oz Beet, cooked and Julienned
  • 1 Oz Cabbage, Julienned
  • 0.5 Oz Green Peppers, Julienned
  • 0.5 Oz Carrots, Julienned
  • 0.5 Oz Onions, Juilenned
  • 2 Slices, Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  • Spread the dressing on both slices of bread.
  • Add all the vegetables evenly on both sides.
  • Sprinkle salt and Pepper on it.
  • Top with swiss cheese.
  • Close the sandwich and toast on a non-stick pan until the cheese is melted and the outside is crispy.
