Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana, Mashed
- 6 Oz Tomato Paste
- 1/3 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
Directions:
- In a small saucepan cook banana and brown sugar on medium heat for 2 to 3 mins.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until fully combined.
- Bring the mix to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving or refrigerate for 1 month.
