Banana Ketchup

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Banana, Mashed
  • 6 Oz Tomato Paste
  • 1/3 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions:

  • In a small saucepan cook banana and brown sugar on medium heat for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until fully combined.
  • Bring the mix to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Let it cool before serving or refrigerate for 1 month.
