Ingredients:
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 4 Pita Flatbreads
- 1 Cup Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/4 Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Lettuce, Shredded
- 1 Tomoato, Sliced
Directions :
- Pre Heat Oven to 400 F.
- Pat dry the chickpeas and remove any skins that come off.
- In a bowl gently toss chickpeas with oil, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Spread the chickpeas on a greased baking sheet and roast for 20 mins or until lightly browned.
- Spread tzatziki on a warm flatbread then sprinkle some chickpeas, add veggies, top with more sauce, and fold
