Sriracha Slaw & Bean Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 Black Bean Patty 
  • 10 Ounce Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot, Julienned
  • 5 Jalapenos, Julienned
  • 4 Green onions, Sliced
  • 3/4 Cup Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Dejon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 4 Brioche Buns
  • 16 Dill Pickle Slices

Directions:

  • In a small bowl mix Mayo, Mustard, Honey, Cumin, Sriracha, Salt, and Pepper.
  • In a large bowl mix together, Cabbage, Carrot, Jalapenos, and Onions.
  • Cook black bean patty, and toast the buns,
  • Place the pickles on the bun, then patty, and top with the slaw. 
  • Serve with chips and salsa.
