Sriracha Slaw & Bean Burger
Ingredients:
- 4 Black Bean Patty
- 10 Ounce Chopped Cabbage
- 1 Carrot, Julienned
- 5 Jalapenos, Julienned
- 4 Green onions, Sliced
- 3/4 Cup Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Dejon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 4 Brioche Buns
- 16 Dill Pickle Slices
Directions:
- In a small bowl mix Mayo, Mustard, Honey, Cumin, Sriracha, Salt, and Pepper.
- In a large bowl mix together, Cabbage, Carrot, Jalapenos, and Onions.
- Cook black bean patty, and toast the buns,
- Place the pickles on the bun, then patty, and top with the slaw.
- Serve with chips and salsa.
