Churros

Ingredients:

  • In a large saucepan boil water, salt, and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
  • Remove the pan from heat and add all the flour.
  • Mix until flour is incorporated.
  • Return to heat and cook while stirring for 30 Seconds.
  • Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool a little.
  • Start mixing eggs into the flour. one egg at a time.
  • Mix until the eggs are fully incorporated.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix.
  • Heat up oil to 370 F for frying.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
  • Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • Pipe 6 Inch pieces into the oil and fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drain the churros on a paper towel then roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
  • Serve with chocolate or rabri sauce.
