Chicken Tandorri Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 Sub sandwich bread
- 1/4 Cup Tandoori Chicken Pieces
- 1/4 Cup yogurt
- 1 Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp, Cucumber, Chopped
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 Slices Cucumber
- 3 Sliced Jalapeno
- 1/4 Sliced Onions
Directions:
- In a bowl mix yogurt, garlic, cilantro, cucumber, salt, pepper, and chili.
- Slice the bread in half and spread the yogurt mix on both slices.
- Layer Cucumber, Jalapeno, and onion on the bottom bread.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper then top with chicken.
- Close the sandwich and serve.
