Chicken Tandorri Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sub sandwich bread
  • 1/4 Cup Tandoori Chicken Pieces
  • 1/4 Cup yogurt
  • 1 Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp, Cucumber, Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 Slices Cucumber
  • 3 Sliced Jalapeno
  • 1/4 Sliced Onions

Directions:

  • In a bowl mix yogurt, garlic, cilantro, cucumber, salt, pepper, and chili.
  • Slice the bread in half and spread the yogurt mix on both slices.
  • Layer Cucumber, Jalapeno, and onion on the bottom bread.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper then top with chicken.
  • Close the sandwich and serve.
